Constructive criticism please... what do you think of when you see me?
I have applied for hundreds of jobs and had tons of interviews. I am over qualified for a lot of the jobs I apply for. So I am wondering, what's your thoughts on my looks? I am 29 years old. Maybe I wear too much makeup? Maybe I don't wear enough? IDK, tell me what you think if you were hiring based on looks only. Do not judge the clothing, these are all candid, casual photos.

You look quite professional, friendly, approachable, presentable, and agreeable, so I doubt that your appearance as anything to do with your success, or lack of, in securing a position... the number of applicants for every job has sharply increased over the last yr or so, so this is why ur finding it hard. I suggest that you perfect your interview technique and really try to drive home what attributes and skills you have that make you the best person for the job. Good luck!
