Is there seating at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland?
Ok, so I am going to the Missy Higgins concert tonight, but I'm going with my mom who can't stand for a long period of time, so we are hoping there is seating at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, OR. I've been to the CB before and there was no seating except for in the back, but it was for a rock concert. This concert is very mellow, so I would imagine there would be seating. Does anyone know for sure?
I've tried calling Crystal Ballroom many times through many different extensions, but there is never anyone there.

The only time I have been to the Crystal Ballroom was for prom back in 2004! There were tables and chairs around the perimeter of the floating for, but they had to leave the dance floor open for, well, dancing of course. After checking out a few sites regarding the Missy Higgens concert tonight it looks as though it is a general admission, no assigned seating show. There will probably be seats around the perimeter like you and I have both experienced before. If I remember correctly there is also some seating upstairs, but it may be fairly warm up there as heat rises and with all those bodies, it does get warm. Have fun though!
