i'm going to a modelling casting call/photo shoot, what should i expect and what are some tips?
i am very excited about this, and also very nervous!
it's in a couple of weeks, i was approached and asked to do it, and as i wasn't asked for money, my social insurance number, or anything scary like that, i figured, "why not?"
but this is my first time, and i have no idea what to expect, what to bring, what i should even do there, how i should prepare, or anything at all really!
i do, however, know a professional photographer (a family friend) who has agreed that he would love to help build my portfolio (the deal is that i don't have to pay him if he gets to also use my photographs free of charge in HIS portfolio. win-win!)
help on anything and everything is excellent! thanks so much guys!
WHAT TO WEAR:
-wife beaters (that show off your body)
-jeans (skinny's would be nice)
-flats or sandals (don't be too dressy)
-no make up (you wanna be natural)
-stud earrings and simple necklace (maybe even hoops)
-if you have lots of piercings, the photo shoot, isn't the place to show it off
