I did a pencil tattoo where I basically carved a peace sign into my hand. Then I colored it in with sharpies. Now its all red, is hot, and burns way more than it did when I carved it in the first place. I also had a HORRIBLE headache today, but I don't know if it would be related. I've cleaned it a lot with peroxide but its not working. What should I do?
Btw, I don't want all this you shouldn't have done it sh*t. I want answers not opinions.

It most likely is indeed infected. Not from the graphite pencil but from the ink in the sharpie. If you do not have any antibiotics in your home you should definitely go to the doctor and get some for ink poisoning.
If you are getting headaches from it then the infection has entered your blood stream and you are in need of antibiotics. An infection may start at the tattoo and usually clear or clear-yellow fluid that drains from an infected tattoo may change to creamy yellow, brown, or red or look or smell like pus. Infection may also occur deep inside the wound, with few noticeable signs at the site. Pain and swelling may develop. This is a definite sign that you have to heal the infected tattoo.
Here are few things you should do in the mean time: DO NOT GET THE AREA WET!!!!!!!! Water is the biggest enemy of a healing tattoo and specially one that is infected; try to avoid touching or doing virtually anything with the area period; do not use any topical ointments unless you are CERTAIN it is infected, applying such ointments on the area that is not infected can indeed cause infection; if you feel you must put an ointment on it use Neosporin, A&D, or Bacitraccin and apply them very thin to not clog the area but I most strongly recommend just do not do ANYHING to the area.
But as I stated the graphite is most likely not the culprit here. Many of the tattoos in prison are done with graphite from a wooden pencil being shaved down and mixed with a drop or two or water. In my years in this industry I have actually seen some amazing work come out of prisons and jails done with graphite as an ink.
All in all you should visit a doctor. If it is infect and goes untreated it can lead to an abscess which is the skin over the tattoo heals but underneath is infected. If it is not treated is can spread to an infection of your bones, joints and even become sepsis, which is an infection of the whole body.
