I'm sorry to say I haven't done it but it's an awesome idea! It's the most popular episode of "I Love Lucy" and I'm sure your audience will enjoy it. The only thing I can suggest it to watch the chocolate factory scene over and over.

Write out every line. Of course, you'll notice there isn't much talking going on. This is why comedic timing is so important. Be sure to pay attention to Lucy and Ethel's facial expressions. You'll need good props, too. You may need a friend off to the side to make the belt go faster. It's all up to you how you portray it, though.
