Making a photo movie on my computer?
My aunt made me a DVD with my wedding pictures set to music. I loved it!. How do I do this and what program do I need in order to make them. Is it something I can download for free or do I need to buy something. If so where would I buy it?
Adobe Premier Elements would be the program to buy. As far as free, Windows XP comes with Microsoft Movie Maker... its not great, but it works.
