Beer mug cake design?
I'm making a stand up beer mug cake. For the foam coming out of the top, what could I use? Also for the bubbles coming up in the beer, how can u show that on a cake?
If you have an air brush, I would ice the cake in a light golden yellow icing, then use the airbrush to make bubbles rising.
If you want to show..cold..you can take clear piping gel and make some little droplets on it, near the top and it looks like condensation on the mug.
For the foam I would use either whipped cream or buttercream and pipe it on using a bag with a coupler only on it. For the smaller amounts on the side of the mug you can use a #8 or #10 deco tip.
