Okay now then the prequels were good and not as good as the original trilogy, but I still liked them. I would actually really hope there will be another Star Wars because I don't think the story is over yet. Boba Fett is still alive is he not?
Luke still didn't really get rid of the dark side because well his hand is still missing and it does show signs of the Dark side. There are some other reasons too, but what do you guys think?

No, there will NOT be another Star Wars movie ... it is a written in stone 100% fact ... and no one else will be allowed to make more after Lucas is dead either. The live action movies of the Star Wars Saga are done. Shortly after the release of ep III in 2005 Lucas made a minor change to his Will. Everything remains the same in respect to his "heirs" but everything now has a condition on it. If ANY of them allow more Star Wars movies to be made then they ALL loose everything. We're talking millions and millions of dollars here ... do you really think they would risk loosing all of that ... neither did I.
As for there being more to the story ... of course there is. As it stands now books, comics, graphic novels, and short stories have taken the story over 5000 years before the events of ep IV and about 130 years after the events of ep IV. There are over 100 books out there that tell the continuing story of Star Wars with new ones coming out every couple of months or so.
As for some of your other comments ... yes, Boba Fett did escape the Sarlacc pit and has actually become a very interesting character in the books. For the life of me I can't figure out how you equate Luke's missing hand with the dark side. If you're referring to the final duel between Luke and Vader in ep VI then you're seeing the scene in the wrong way. I'm talking about the scene where Luke has cut Vaders hand off and has his blade at his throat. When he looks down at his own cybernetic hand it isn't to show that the dark side is taking over ... it is to show that he is on the verge of becoming a greater evil than his father was ... if he was to kill his father. That shocked him out of his "battle rage" and allowed him to chose good over evil, although it almost cost him his life.
If you want to start reading the book the best place to start is with the Thrawn Trilogy ... the titles are "Heir To The Empire", "Dark Force Rising", and "The Last Command". These books are set 5 years after the events of ep VI and were brilliantly written by Hugo Award winning author Timothy Zahn.
