wth is bestbuys problem? (sold me a used xbox 360 game)?
seriously what the hell is their problem? i bought a rocker stool, 2800 MS points, and what should have been a NEW rock band 2 and it turns out it was a USED, BROKEN, copy. there was no plastic wrap on it or even a sticker seal. the reason i couldnt tell was because the put this stupid hard case over it before you buy it... this is rediculous what should i do!? i used to like best buy... well you know what??.... FUUUCKK best buy!!
First of all, you take it back and tell them that they sold you a USED copy of rock band, if they didn't discount an "open-item" price of of your item, you can get that.
If not, all sales have 30 days to be returned.
I would take it back and make sure they give you a new one this time. It was probably an honesty mistake, when someone returns a product, they pack it back up and close it, meaning to the average consumer, it looks new unless it says otherwise. They probably just forgot to mark it as used.
